Standard listings are free, and you can boost visibility with a Featured listing for $7 a month. Cancel it whenever you like.

Stopping a Featured listing ends future renewals right away, but the period you have already paid for is not refunded. Your listing stays featured until that period ends.

Click the Report button found on listings or profiles, or visit the Contact Us page to submit a report directly.

Block them, from the menu on the conversation or the Block button on their profile. Neither of you can message the other after that, nothing already sent is deleted, and you can undo it at any time in Settings under Privacy. Blocking is separate from reporting: a report asks a moderator to look at somebody, it does not stop them contacting you.

We do not allow listings for endangered species, illegal animals, or animals banned in the seller’s or buyer’s location.

Yes, if they are legal to own in both the seller's and buyer’s jurisdictions. We advise all users to check local laws before making a listing or purchase.

We confirm an email address, and nothing else. No ID, no licence, no inspection, so the badge on a listing only means that person opened their inbox. Ask to see the animal where it lives, or on a video call, before you pay anything.

We recommend arranging a video call or in-person meeting with the seller before committing to a purchase. This allows you to confirm the pet’s condition and environment.

Return policies are determined by individual sellers. Please review their terms or ask directly before finalizing a transaction.

Yes! You can indicate in your listing whether the pet is for sale, adoption, or rehoming. The platform is open to all types of ethical animal placements.

We recommend meeting in public places or at your veterinarian’s office if possible. Always bring someone with you and trust your instincts.

At this time, only live animal listings are supported. We may support related services (e.g., grooming, boarding) in future updates.

Yes. Visit any seller’s profile to see ratings and reviews left by previous buyers.

Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your favorites. You’ll find all saved listings in your Favorites tab when logged in.
